Andrew, Matt, and Thom welcome back their Games Master Matt Benson for Episode 56. Andrew takes a page from Benson’s hipster book by watching the first season of Portlandia. Matt enjoys two films in theatres now, Underworld: Awakening and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, and then looks back to Buster Keaton’s Sherlock Jr and Lawrence of Arabia... Thom takes in Michel Hazanavicius’ other tribute to older cinema OSS 117: Cairo, Nest of Spies as well as Safety Last!. Experiences outside of film include Matt’s playing of various games in the Humble Indie Bundle #4, Andrew’s trip to the Kodak Theatre to watch Cirque du Soleil “Iris,” and Thom reading the Tintin comics that the movie is loosely based upon. Onto the games! Benson leads the crew with To Title the Truth before paying tribute to a favorite podcast with The Leonard Maltin game. The three trailers this week are Safe (4/27), Jeff, Who Lives at Home (3/16), and The Cabin in the Woods (4/13). Next week, they take a break from Trailer Trash but see the return of CBYHS!
